Terms
In order to maintain the public nature of the hotel and the safety and comfort of its guests, ASTA HOTEL asks that all guests of the hotel observe the following rules of use in accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement.
In the unlikely event that a guest fails to comply with these rules, the hotel reserves the right to deny use of the hotel’s facilities in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Accommodation Agreement.
ASTA HOTEL will not be held responsible for any damages caused by lack of cooperation from guests.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, corridors, and facilities of the ASTA HOTEL, except for the smoking area. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all other areas. In the unlikely event that you smoke, you will be charged 30,000 yen. In the event that a guest room is not usable or needs to be repaired, the actual cost will be charged.
- In the guest rooms, the use of fire for heating, cooking, ironing, etc., other than those provided or loaned by the hotel, is not permitted.
- The following items are not permitted in the rooms, as they may disturb other guests.
- Animals, birds, and other pets (excluding guide dogs and service dogs)
- Gunpowder, volatile oil, or other flammable or combustible materials
- Items that emit a foul odor
- Items exceeding the size or quantity of common sense
- Stimulants, narcotics, and other drugs whose possession is prohibited by law
- Firearms and swords
- Other items that are deemed a threat to the safety of other guests
- Rooms may not be used for any purpose other than lodging.
- Please use the lobby or restaurant for meetings with visitors. Meeting in the guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Rooms and lobbies may not be used as offices or business offices without permission.
- Guests are not allowed to use the hallways, lobby, restaurants, and public spaces in their nightwear, slippers, etc.
- High voices, boisterous behavior, cell phones, etc. that may disturb other guests are strictly prohibited in the hallways and other hotel facilities.
- Gambling, gathering, or any other activities that disturb public morals or cause inconvenience to others in the guest rooms are strictly prohibited.
- The use of the hotel’s facilities and goods for purposes other than their intended use is strictly prohibited (see *11). (Please refer to *11)
- Requests Regarding Fire Fighting Equipment and Supplies
- Fire-fighting equipment and items may not be used for any purpose other than their original purpose.
- Do not take them out of the hotel.
- Do not move or modify them to other locations.
- Security cameras and fire alarms may not be touched.
- Graffiti, stickers, etc. are prohibited.
- Actual costs will be charged for any defacement, damage, or loss of hotel equipment and fixtures.
- No food or beverages may be ordered or brought into the hotel from outside the hotel.
- Please use the safe provided in your room to store your cash and valuables during your stay. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or theft of your valuables.
- Burning incense in guest rooms is not permitted.
- The use of hair dye, bleach, etc. in the unit bath and shower booths is prohibited. In the event of repairs, etc., the actual cost will be charged.
- Staff will not be available in your room after 10:00 p.m. except in case of emergency. If you need assistance, please contact the front desk.
In the event that the hotel agrees to a special agreement that does not violate laws, regulations, or customs, such special agreement shall prevail notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
